Charles asks…

Good Apartment Complexes in Albany, NY?

So my Fiancee and I would like to move to Albany NY from NYC in a few months. Money doesn’t really matter, since rent here is usually $2000 a month. We are interested in Apartment Complexes that have swimming pools, fitness centers, etc. Has anyone heard of, or live in any good ones? We are thinking of checking out Oxford Heights Apartments, Oak Hill Apartments, Towers of Colonie Apartments, and Capital View Apartments. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry but we do not have that . Most housing is brownstones or single family residences. Remember this is a rural area.

Steven asks…

inexpensive apartments in Albany, NY?

I have recently moved to Albany, NY for a job. I need an apartment to rent out, but am having a hell of a time finding a place to rent. My budget is $400-$550 a month, Ive got to be near the city bc i work in the city, and i want to be in a semi decent neighborhood. does anyone know of any good/cheaper apartment complexes or places that are up for rent right now? I am hoping to find a place to move into by the first of September. Thanks for any help you can give!
