In the capital Brussels, it’s cheap, easy to move and there is a lot of things to do.
Www.immo-net.net you can find something cheap there! Be careful avoid something less than 500 € because the area migth be dangerous.
The best area in Brussels are : woluwe saint lambert, woluwe saint pierre, bruxelles capitale , etterbeek, shaerbeek. Avoid the others!
I’m from there so i know what i’m talking about, i’ve also a cheap apartment there!!
Good luck and enjoy yourself there!

Where to find cheap temporary rental apartments in Madrid?

I am travelling to Madrid in a couple of weeks time and will be there for a month.

Im searching online for apartments and maybe even room rentals because Im on a tight budget. Ive found some good options on Craigslist but there are not many in my price range – I need to rent for under EUR500/month.

Where can I find apartment rentals for this price and what are the best neighborhoods to stay in?

I am an American woman, trying to spend summer 2009 in Jamaica. How do I find a cheap place to rent?

I have been to Jamaica a few times. The first time I went, I was there for about 3 1/2 weeks doing all kinds of humanitarian work. I loved it so much I did not want to come home!!

Well, I am at a place in my life now where I would like to spend my whole next summer there. I enjoy all of Jamaica, well that I have seen. I need to know what would be the best place for my son & I to stay, and how to find an apartment or house, for CHEAP.

I have googled it a million different ways. I need real people with real answers!!

Thank you!

If you can manage a small sailboat, you can stay at the Errol Flynn Marina and Boatyard for $10 a day on a mooring if you rent it by the month.

Susan asks…

Are the qualifications to rent a house the same as renting an apartment?!?

Just wondering because I see alot of great homes for rent that are cheaper than apartments. Im 24 and have reasonably good credit and a good job.

Administrator answers:

The qualifications are up to each individual landlord. Renting a house is different than renting an apartment in that they are often rented out by the actual owner. Property mangers and real estate agents also manage houses and will typically have the same qualifications for all their properties. All you can do is find one you like & apply.

I find that rather odd………it is typically the other way around because a house is typically bigger & has more outside space.

Mark asks…

Can I change apartments in the same building w/o an increase in rent?

My parents and I lived in the same apt. for 12 years. It’s getting a little gross living here. I haven’t talked to them about it yet but I was thinking about moving to a different apt. in the same building for the same rent (cheap) we are paying now. Would that be possible?
oops, I mean all of us. I can’t live on my own yet.

Administrator answers:

If you’re not the lease holder of that apartment you share with your parents, you’d probably have to apply and put down a deposit to move into your own apartment on the premises. If you are the lease holder, they’d probably charge you some sort of fee to change residences unless there’s a really good reason.

Administrator answers:

In CA it depends on themarket. If the rental market is tight, they will take the listing from the landlord for free. Then they charge the tenant to get a copy of the list. On the other hand if there are a lot of vacancies, they charge the landlord for putting him on the list. Then they give the list away or charge very little for it.

I am going to study in Budapest, Hungary. and I am looking for flatmates, and apartments to let in Budapest?

Hi, i am moving to Budapest, and i am looking for roommates, flatmates, and people looking to team for flat shares in budapest. also cheap apartments to let, and flats for rent which are good for students (close to the medicine university, and the metro).

if any one is looking for same, and would like to team up, or… point to places where i can meet people living in budapest, then please let me know! :)

thanks!

Administrator answers:

You can also check out craigslist in Budapest for roommates and flats to let.
Www.budapestinfo.hu has some interesting info about the city and events around the country.
My husband and I own a flat in Budapest and often check out the prices for rentals. Seems without speaking Hungarian or reading it, you will probably be a little bit taken on prices since the adds in English seem higher then those geared for Hungarians.
There does seem to be many places for let at this time so you should be able to find something decent near your school.
