Your Questions About Loft Apartments For Rent

Linda asks…

I’m looking to rent a loft or house in the San Francisco area. My budget is 5500/month for rent any advice?

I’m moving my business (and myself) to San Francisco late July. I’ll be needing to rent a loft/apartment/condo/house etc… for a year or so until I find a nice place to buy. Any leads as to where I should start looking to find a nice place? What are the good areas to live in?

Any leads as to where I should start looking to find a nice place? What are the good areas to live in? I don’t want to jump into buying a place because I want to learn the area first and get a good feel for what I like and don’t like so I’m renting for the first year.
I already have an office for my business this will be just for a residence. I don’t need an agent.

Administrator answers:

If you are able to afford 5500/month you should be looking to buy already instead of wasting it away on rent.

Ken asks…

What are some good websites to look for apartments, lofts, and homes for rent?

Administrator answers:

First, you can’t beat Craig’s List for easy searching. Next, call you local real estate agent. Most websites tend to be local, so depending on where you are you can check your online newspapers classified section as well.

Good Luck.

What Are Some Nice Apartments/Lofts/Condos Fort Rent in the Cherry Creek Area?

My mom doesn’t want me living where I’m going to be living so we’re breaking the lease and she wants to find me a nice place to live. I go to school at the Art Institute and my Budget is 1’000 a month.

So many places have bad reviews! I’m looking for a good place and also what sites are good to check out? I am already using craigslist and rent.com.

Thanks! Your testimonies to good places you’ve lived in are really appriciated.

Administrator answers:

In Cherry Creek you should have no problem getting a an apartment for $1000/mo, unless you mean Cherry Creek NORTH, which I suspect you may (near the mall and the shops/restaurants). That area of town will run you more along the lines of $1300/mo for a 1 – 2 bedroom.
My suggestion is to stay in the basic area/square located between Logan St. To the East, Colorado Blvd to the West, Colfax to the North and Tennessee to the South. (you can find that area on Google Maps). If you are local, I suggest driving by the areas you like, that your mom supports. Many rentals around here do not list on Craigslist – they still just put a sign out front.

Susan asks…

Safe apartment/loft for downtown Houston?

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for a safe, quiet, nice apartment/loft for rent in downtown Houston?

The closer it is to the metro rail the better because I will not have a car with me.
What about the humble tower apartments on dallas street? Has anyone heard anything about them?

Administrator answers:

The Calais at Courtland Square are really nice. And great security measures in place.

James asks…

Where is the best place in Florence to rent an apartment for a year? What is the best real state agency there?

I cant find any real state agency via internet. Can anyone tell who or what company should I contact to rent or buy an apartment or a loft in the best place in Florence,Italy ? Thank you

Administrator answers:

It depends from your preferences.
If you like to stay close to the center and move by foot you can rent an apartment in San Niccolo quarter. It’s a nice place, full of life and florentines.
If you prefer quiet residential areas (and cheaper) I suggest you to rent a room or a flat in Rifredi or Careggi quarter. They are close to the main hospital and university, it should be easier to find something cheap, but you have to move by bus to get to the center.
I am sorry I don’t know any real state agency in Florence.
